    This program is designed for individuals seeking independence from personal training while still benefiting from exclusive assessments and tailor-made programming. It begins with a comprehensive Metabolic Analytics and Structural Balance Strength assessment during your initial consultation at the facility. Based on these insights, a fully bespoke training program is developed and introduced in your next session. We’ll then meet every 3-4 weeks to guide you through each consecutive phase, ensuring progress and precision every step of the way.

  • EXCLUSIVE ONLINE COACHING

    The premier tailor-made training experience that has been developed through one-to-one training in the gym is available online. By extensively examining your sleep, stress, health status, exercise history, dietary preferences and more, I can then begin to create a truly bespoke lifestyle, nutrition and training program specifically for you. With weekly accountability calls, daily check-ins and full access to the training app you will achieve maximum results in the least amount of time.
