OVERCOMING THE RESISTANCE IN LIFE

My favorite concept of Attitude states "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it." It has been something I've become obsessed about in regards to personal growth.

It is something that brought realization to my life on how to move forward through the ups the downs and how to listen to yourself in the dark times as well in the great times.

You see, in baseball I learned that you can't get too up and you can't get too down in a game of failure, the only thing you could do is find your baseline. What I mean by that is no matter how high the emotions get, no matter how low the emotions get you have to stay on a even line of emotion.

When emotions are unregulated you become contracted. Studies have proven that the body expresses stress through flexion and when your body is in flexion energy, clarity, and performance are restricted.

Training Your Attitude
In the game of life, there will always be peaks and valley's that will challenge your ability to handle them. Your attitude on how you respond to the adversities in life will have a direct impact on your perspective moving forward.

Attitude is a characteristic that can be trained and formulated into a top asset. However, I believe the one true way to develop a strong attitude is to face failure. This is the formula for success.

Executing towards your goals day in and day out regardless of the outcomes and learning how you respond to situations is step one. You have to first understand how you will respond in fight or flight situations in life. This gives you insight on a plan to improve how you respond to failure.

Each day you will face moments of decision making which can influenced by emotion and attitude. Just keep in my mind what the main goal is each day for yourself. This will allow you to train yourself to keep a level head to make the right decisions to move forward.
