This year is different. This year, I decided to take back control.

It started with action. I joined a competitive softball league. I pushed myself onto the Hyrox New York City stage. And I realized something—if I want to keep competing, performing, and leading, my health can no longer sit in the backseat. It needs to drive the car.

That’s why I’m beginning a The TailorFit Reset Protocol.

Not as a quick fix, not as a crash reset, but as a strategic foundation—a precise way to lower inflammation, improve digestion, sharpen cognitive performance, and get my body ready for the next phase of competing.

Why Now

The truth is, performance doesn’t just live in training sessions. It’s built in the quiet moments—in digestion, detoxification, recovery, and clarity.

Charles Poliquin used to say, “You can’t build strength on a weak foundation.” And Dr. James LaValle echoes this in his work on metabolic health—when detox pathways are sluggish and inflammation is high, your body is reacting, not performing.

For me, this isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about regaining control over my physical baseline so I can show up stronger in competition, business, and life.

The TailorFit Reset Protocol

This isn’t deprivation—it’s refinement. A system built on simplicity, repetition, and precision. For 5 days, my nutrition will follow a structured schedule, supported by Spoken Nutrition’s targeted supplements to ensure optimal detoxification and recovery.

Daily Flow (Repeated Twice)

Meal 1 – Greens - Aminos + ATP

Meal 2 – Grass-Fed Whey Protein
