Everytime I open my phone I have a new notification or question from followers about if a certain diet or training program is the ULTIMATE approach to obtaining every goals they ever had for their physique. We all get into the mindset of thinking that the BEST program out there is the one we are not currently on. 

When I consult with clients, it tends to be the same underlying issue.

Paralysis by Analysis

The more you learn, the more you consume, the more you think that the answer is in the NEXT batch of info. When in actuality, the best program for you is the one you continue to see progress with. 

After you see diminishing progress, that is the time to advance the program, whether that is training or nutrition. 

There are too many fads today in the fitness realm and many clients struggle to see success because they tend to constantly switch their approach too often. You need to start maximizing the approach you are currently on until you see no progress. 

One BASIC principle of nutrition that I instill in clients is the Regulation of their Blood Sugar. 

Having a basic understanding of how Insulin affects our overall health and wellness is key to managing our goals. 

This past year has been an evolution in my fat loss program because I started to incorporate a Continous Glucose Monitor into my clients transformations. 

The data recorded has ultimately confirmed or exposed alot of the current trends in diet and exercise today.
